Chef's chicken liver pate with spiced tomato chutney
Melon and Serano ham with a delicious strawberry and balsmic salsa
Salmon, prawn and haddock fish cake with coriander and cucumber riatta
Smoked chicken and vegetable spring roll with sweet chilli sauce
Roulade of smoked salmon and crab with mixed leaf salad and lemon chive mayonnaise
Breaded goats cheese with sun blushed tomato compote

Char-grilled Pool Bridge Farm rib-eye steak with cracked black pepper corn, cream and brandy sauce(£3.00 supplement)
Albert's beefsteak, mushrooms and Guinness baked in a pie
Fresh fillet of haddock deep fried in beer batter with chef's pea puree and fat chips 
Fillet of cod topped with Welsh Rarebit on a bed of minted peas and pancetta, hollandaise dressing
Slow roasted shank of lamb with rosemary scented potatoes and redcurrant jus (£2.00 extra)
Char-seared breast of chicken with chorizo sausage, honey and coarse grain mustard salad
Grilled pork T-Bone chop on a tomato and smoked bacon ragout
Baked fillet of salmon on a green vegetable risotto
